Shipping Policy
We do our best to ship all orders withing 2 business days from when your order is placed. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery. Orders will be shipped via the US Postal Service, Priority Mail & Parcel Post services. Expres shipping is available. We strive to keep all items in stock, however from time to time we do run out of an item. We will let you know if the item you purchased is out of stock. Our suppliers are quick shippers and in the event we do run out, we can generally have the item to you within 10 days. You will always have the option to cancel an item that is on back order. Some of our products ship directly from the manufacturer or artist and may be shipped separately from other items you order.
We charge only actual shipping costs, no packing or handling fees! Some items ship for free and others have a extra shipping charge as noted in the product description. In order to keep our pricing low and to help the environment, from time to time we will use good quality previously used boxes and packing material for shipping. We will only reuse boxes and material that are in very good condition.
International Shipping
We ship to United States of America, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Norway, and Australia. We regret we cannot ship treats and food products outside of the United States. Fun Time Dog Shop is not responsible for any international charges such as custom fees, taxes, or levies.
Local Delivery Service
We offer Free Local Delivery to purchasers in Ann Arbor, Whitmore Lake, Dexter, and Brighton, Michigan for purchases that total $40.00 or more.

If this coupon code is used and the delivery address is not in one of the above mentioned cities, the applicable shipping fee will be charged and the items will be shipped to you via the US Postal Service.
Personal Deliveries are made on Wednesdays and Saturday mornings each week. You will be contacted via email or telephone to schedule a delivery time. If you have a special delivery need, please contact us so we can make arrangements to get your products to you at a convenient time and date for you.
Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! We are happy to accept returns on items that are unused, in their original condition and in their original, undamaged packaging within 14 days of your delivery date. Some products have an extended or modified return policy that is noted in the product description. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us so we can make arrangements to send you another.
We do not accept returns of dog treats, food products, or custom items. Please contact us before returning an item.

Fun Time Dog Shop does not refund the original shipping price or the return shipping fees unless it has been our error in packing or the item arrives damaged. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for return processing. We are not responsible for return shipments. We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance.
Sales Tax
A state sales tax of 6% will be charged to all purchases that ship or are delivered in the state of Michigan.
